How does your pricing work — will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. We diagnose the problem, then give you a flat, upfront price in writing before any wrench turns — you approve it first. No hourly surprises, and no overtime gouging on nights or weekends.
Do you offer emergency and same-day service?
We're open 24/7 and a real plumber answers the phone — not an answering service. For most Temecula Valley calls we're at your door within the hour, and same-day repairs are the norm.
Should I go tankless or stick with a tank water heater?
Tankless units give you endless hot water and last longer, but cost more up front and sometimes need a gas or venting upgrade. A traditional tank is cheaper to install and fine for many homes — we'll size both to your household and give you honest numbers, not a sales pitch.
How do I know if I need leak detection or a full repipe?
Watch for a spiking water bill, warm spots or damp flooring, low pressure, or rusty, discolored water. One or two pinhole leaks we can pinpoint and patch; recurring leaks in old galvanized or poly pipe usually mean it's time for a repipe. We camera-inspect and show you what's actually going on before recommending either.
Are you licensed and insured, and do you guarantee the work?
